Study and Learn, answer the practice test (non recorded) Once you're ready then proceed to the next step
You should have two emails now. One labeled “CANVAS Instructions”, that was sent from edu@allstatephlebotomy.com and the other labeled “CANVAS Course Invitation” was sent from notifications@instructure.com. The last email is the one where you create an account to get started. If you do not see the emails then PLEASE check your spam or junk folder. The “Canvas Instructions” email will contain a step by step video tutorial, which will explain how to create your Canvas Account or access your existing account for returning customers.
Once you finished to study and have taken the assessment test, you can finally take the National Phlebotomy exam, once you finished this course and passed. you can proceed to next step......
Congratulations!!! You made it!
Upon successful completion of the certification examination, you will receive a welcome email, as well as a digital copy of your certificate and badge within 24-48 hours. If you opted for a hardcopy, your certificate, badge, lanyard and pin will be delivered to you via USPS within 7-10 business days. Make sure your registration address matches your shipping address.

To renew certification and are renewing on time (prior to expiration), testing is not mandatory. If your certification has expired for more than 90 days, you will be required to take the certification examination.
